Patrick N. Giordano, President and CEO, co-founded GEV Corp. in 2001. Mr. Giordano started his career as Supervisor of the Public Utilities Division for then Cook County State’s Attorney Richard M. Daley (1980-1988). He then became Partner, national law firm Foley & Lardner, 1989-1996, where he created an energy practice for the Chicago office. An attorney with thirty-seven years experience in energy law and public utility matters, Mr. Giordano has been centrally involved in many of the most important energy issues in the State of Illinois. His law firm, Giordano & Associates, Ltd., founded in April 1996, was the first law firm in Chicago devoted exclusively to energy issues. Pat has extensively provided legal counsel on regulatory, transactional, litigation, and legislative energy matters and also negotiated and drafted ground-breaking energy legislation and litigation settlements. Pat successfully challenged ComEd coal contracts, resulting in $102 million in refunds and $2 billion in savings over the life of the contracts.

Roger Turner, Executive Vice President and Technical Director, co-founded GEV Corp. and developed GEV’s proprietary computer model which analyzes energy supply proposals. Mr. Turner has more than 40 years in the natural gas, oil and electricity industries in executive and engineering positions with leading American and Canadian energy companies, including Exxon, Esso, Superior Propane and Skelgas. He also was CEO of his own energy consulting firm where he established an alternative fuels distribution and sales network in several U.S. states. Additionally, Mr. Turner has led several important industry/government clean fuels initiatives. His memberships have included the President’s Federal Fleet Conversion Task Force, Illinois Governor’s Alternative Fuel Advisory Board, and the Chicago Clean Cities Steering Committee. Mr. Turner also was also Founder and Director, Propane Vehicle Council, and Vice President, Propane Gas Association of Canada.

Paul Neilan, Vice President and General Counsel, manages GEV Corp. legal matters. He has more than twenty-eight years of experience as an attorney concentrating his practice in all aspects of energy and telecommunications, with an emphasis on matters arising from deregulation and competition in those fields. Mr. Neilan has a comprehensive expertise in competitive electricity supply and renewable energy, and has represented commercial, industrial and governmental energy users in both litigation and transactional matters. His long experience in the energy industry makes him a highly skilled negotiator for his clients.

Patricia Stankovic, Vice President, Operations and Marketing, is dedicated to helping increase revenues and margins while reducing customer costs by managing supplier relationships and working collaboratively to ensure fairness and integrity for all involved. Mrs. Stankovic has over 20 years experience in corporate new services development and services management in both Fortune 500 organizations and small international start ups. She has proven expertise in B2B marketing communications, operations, sales, supplier relationship management, sales training, and continuous improvement. Mrs. Stankovic has managed multi-million dollar corporate services, while successfully leading contract negotiation with third parties for services development, and ensuring program compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, as well as company regulations, policies and procedures.

Allan Teetsov, Sales Representative, assists with recruiting large and mid-sized electric and gas customers, and also lighting and energy efficiency customers.Mr. Teetsov is the President and CEO of Business Advantage Network, an independent industrial consultant network primarily focusing on negotiating flexible daily energy supply programs, corporate alliances and other financial and operational improvements. Mr. Teetsov has more than 30 years experience in the natural gas and power markets in the Midwest, where he has focused on industry-leading sales and procurement contract design and deal negotiation representing regional and national commercial and industrial businesses.

 

Paul May, Sales Representative, assists with recruiting large and mid-sized electric and gas customers, such as data centers, for GEV Corp.  Mr. May also has recruited hundreds of new talented professionals for data centers and other Chicago businesses.  His greatest accomplishments are continuing to drive thriving businesses for energy and recruiting for over 20 years.

 

Gustina Giordano, Manager, Operations & Marketing, is dedicated to helping clients and guaranteeing that the company’s operations run smoothly. She organizes and supervises office activities. Gustina completed her BA in Psychology and MEd in Inclusive Education at McGill University. Gustina is fluent in French and went on exchange in Lyon, France. Gustina began working for GEV Corp. in 2018 and has learned the importance and intricacies of the competitive electricity market working with Patrick N. Giordano. Gustina has experience with program development and management, creating the Camp Inclusion Program for the Lincoln Park Zoo and designing student programming for the Post Graduate Student Society of McGill.
