Patrick N. GiordanoPresident and CEO (Co-Founder)
An attorney with thirty years experience in public utility matters, Mr. Giordano has been centrally involved in many of the most important energy issues in the State of Illinois.
- Co-founded GEV Corp. in 2001
- Has practiced energy law since 1980
- In April 1996, founded the law firm Giordano & Associates, Ltd., the first law firm in Chicago devoted exclusively to energy issues
- Has extensively provided legal counsel on regulatory, transactional, litigation and legislative energy matters
- Negotiated and drafted ground-breaking energy legislation and litigation settlements
- Successfully challenged ComEd coal contracts, resulting in $102 million in refunds and $2 billion in savings over the life of the contracts
- Partner, national law firm Foley & Lardner, 1989-1996, created energy practice for Chicago office
- Supervisor of Public Utilities Division for then Cook County State’s Attorney Richard Daley, 1980-1988
Roger TurnerExecutive Vice President and Technical Director (Co-Founder)
Mr. Turner has held several executive and engineering positions with leading American and Canadian energy companies and was CEO of his own energy consulting firm.

- More than 40 years in the natural gas, oil and electricity industries in executive and engineering positions with leading American and Canadian energy companies, including Exxon, Esso, Superior Propane and Skelgas

Patricia StankovicOperations and Marketing Manager
Mr. Puricelli is an experienced director of market analysis and trading operations. He previously held executive positions at brokerage trading firms, and has overseen trading and customer support at previous marketing and trading firms.
Paul MaySales Representative
Mr. May has recruited hundreds of new talented professionals for businesses in Seattle, New York, and Chicago. He currently assists with recruiting large and mid-sized electric and gas customers for GEV Corp.
Paul earned a BA in Psychology with a Minor in Business from the University of Missouri. Paul’s greatest accomplishments are continuing to drive thriving businesses for recruiting and energy for over 20 years and raising his three girls.
